The Senior Team
The day to day management of the company is directed by Barbara Hawker who has been part of Hurst since 1991, initially as a Consultant, Trainer and Project lead, then Client Services and General Manager and most recently as Managing Director
As a co-founder of Hurst, Malcolm Davis, is our Executive Vice-Chairman. In his role as Senior Director Consultant, he works primarily with Board level and senior individuals from our broad range of client organisations; including those from within the NHS, the Retail sector, IT, manufacturing companies and others
